Our comprehensive offering includes management of all phases from concept through completion including providing guidelines for the establishment and/or monitoring the Establishment of Client’s Objectives, Project’s Constraints, Project Management Plan including Project Programme, Project Budget and Project Structure.
Management of all design and construction activities including mainly:
Design
- Ensure that the design meets client requirements as well as the requirements of procurement, construction and project programmes.
- Secure Client approval to design proposals.
- Enable the Client to make value decisions relating to design choices.
- Secure comprehensive documentation enabling effective procurement.
- Achieve a well co-ordinated buildable design, within cost and time allocated.
Construction
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the main and the subcontractors.
- Provide leadership and direction to all project operations.
- Monitor all work progress on a day-to-day basis to ensure conformance with schedule, contract documents project budgets.
- Schedule, attend, and participate in all projects construction meetings.
- Monitor and maintain cost, productivities and budget controls.
- Assure compliance with contractual requirements and with the scope of work.
- Maintain change orders management log.
- Resolve any contractual legal /matters or complications.
